Rice terraceDay 1 South Central Bali
After breakfast at hotel's restaurant depart for scenic drive among farmers villages, an authentic views of Bali through the village of Karangdalem to Petang where no tourist ever cover this part of the island. Short stops at any places on the way for photos. Drive up to the small town near the forest border stop at Desa Wisata meet local people then enjoy small snacks and drink at Bagus Agro nests on the best views of Bali central scenery. Lunch will be served at local restaurant Continue driving passing the longest and highest bridge on the island and the idyllic views of the mountain villages, stop at orange plantations the biggest orange producers supplying the market of Bali and beyond. Overnight at local guest house on the bank of Lake Batur where one can see authenti life of Balinese.

PanglipuranDay 2 Depart East to North
Breakfast at guest house restaurant, and enjoy the beauty and fresh air of Batur caldera. Around 09.00 in the morning depart for white water rafting at Telaga Waja river through idyllic views of highland villages on the foot of mount Agung. Taking an axhilaration of water current with experience intructor. After lunch drive to east Bali stop at Tirta Gangga royal bathing built in late 19th century showing the real romance of Karangasem king whose domain include Lombok island. Passing one of the most arid part of Bali before reaching the easternmost shore of the island. Stop at any places at the beach that is considered one of the best scuba diving site in Indonesia while having soft drink or coffee. Drive through the villages on the east coast of Bali to the north coast. We will pass the second biggest city in Bali that is Singaraja, once the capital city of East Nusa Tenggara during Dutch colonization from 1900 to 1945. Stop at local traditioanal market, then continue drive up to the village famous with their fruit plants insemination. Overnight at local guest house.

Nunnung waterfallDay 3 Beach to Highland Village
After breakfast see some farmer's activities in the village that is still authentic Bali such as rice growing traditionally, fruit plant insemination and distribution, and even this village is known as one of producer of best durian fruits. After lunch depart for Banjar waterfall and the biggest Buddhist monatery in Bali. Continue to drive to Lovina beach one of famous beach at north Bali. Drive up to Munduk village located high on Bali mountain chain. This village attracted the dignitaries of Dutch in S ingaraja by its beautiful panorama and fine atmosphere, so one of them built a house in the village which condition is still preserved well until today. Overnight at local guest house in Munduk.

Kerta GoshaDay 4 Back to Beach Hotel
Breakfast at hotel's restaurant then have soft walk around the villages which is famous for it's cloves, coffee, and other highland products. Around 10.00 depart for Jatiluwih rice terrace, a stunning views of man made rice terrace for growing rice with vast scenery overlooking southern region of Bali. Lunch will be served at local restaurant. On the way back to beach hotel visit Taman Ayun temple, one of the most beautiful temple architeturally build in the year of 1634. Rice Field At the back ground of Jatiluwih rice terrace is Mount Batukaru, the second highest peak in Bali after Mount Agung or 2671 meters above sea level. The same as Gunung Agung Gunung Batukaru also has big temple on its southern slope, but Gunung Agung does not have a temple on the top of the mountain like Batukaru. During the ceremony at the temple on the slope of the mountain people also hike up to the top to perform the ceremony at the top of the mountain. It takes around 5 hours to trek from temple below to the temple at the top of the mountain. Jatiluwih rice terrace has been the most popular visit for a tour itinerary combining a sightseeing to the center and west of Bali. A popular trip visiting Jatiluwih is called Bedugul Jatiluwith tour which is started to stop at Taman Ayun Temple, then continue to Bedugul mountain resort with it's interesting places such as Ulun Danu temple, Botanical garden, and fruit market, then continue the trip to Jatiluwith through the beautiful country sides via Baturiti town. After Jatiluwih rice terrace one can continue or not to the Temple of Batukaru. If it is continued then a combination to visit Tanah Lot will give good time, since Tanah Lot temple is beautiful during the sunset.

Bali unique cuisine known as betutu is now famous world wide which spring from a rural village around Ubud, specially cooked from duck. Duck meat was not popular among Balinese in the past because its stiff and hard meat. With the invention of betutu cooking the meat beocme soft and cryspy with specific ingredients arising very unique succulant taste. That is why fried betutu is also known as cryspy duck. The process of cooking consuming time and is not directly burn by fire but using hot radiation from burning of wood on land surface, while the betutu is put under the soil just below the fire. Today there are betutu like this but cooked from high presure cooker yet the taste is difference, although the softness and crack of the meat the same. A cook from westernmost tip of Bali creating betutu from chicken known as betutu Gilimanuk. This cooking is not less popular compared to betutu from duck. See more
